All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Extrile reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Extrile is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Refund Policy.

Key terms include:

• 30-day return window from the date the order is marked as delivered.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is verified as defective or incorrect.

• The $6.99 original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defective or incorrect item shipped by Extrile.

• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Refunds will not be issued for packages reported as lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

8. Cancellations and Modifications

Orders may be canceled only before entering the processing stage. Due to our handling timeframe of 0–1 business day, cancellation requests must be submitted promptly.

Once an order has entered processing (3–6 business days), it cannot be modified or canceled.
