Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. If there are any significant delays, customers will be notified via email.
Once an order enters the processing stage, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Extrile reserves the right to update shipping rates at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. The availability and frequency of updates depend on the carrier and destination.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Extrile is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If your order is returned due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees for reshipment.
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information. Extrile is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed, but we will assist you in filing a carrier claim if applicable.
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and affected items for verification. Once confirmed, we will resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or store credit as per our Return & Refund Policy.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to inventory availability or fulfillment logistics. In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and delivery times may vary between items.
Extrile reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel shipments due to suspected fraud, payment verification issues, or violations of our store policies. Customers will be notified if additional information is required to proceed with an order.
