At Extrile, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of T-shirts and Hoodies. If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please refer to the guidelines below. Our goal is to provide a smooth shopping experience, and we want to make sure any adjustments are handled quickly and efficiently.

1. Order Change and Cancellation Timeframe

Once you place an order on extrile.com, it enters our processing system promptly. You can request a cancellation or modification within 4 hours of placing the order. After this 4-hour window, changes or cancellations cannot be processed as the order moves into fulfillment.

2. Eligible Requests Within the Allowed Timeframe

Within the 4-hour window, you may request:

  • Cancellation of the entire order
  • Changes to product variations (such as size, color, or style)
  • Adjustments to item quantities
  • Corrections to the shipping address

All requests are subject to review and confirmation by Extrile. Be sure to submit your request before processing begins.

3. How to Submit a Cancellation or Change Request

4. Requests After the 4-Hour Window

After the 4-hour window has passed, your order will typically enter fulfillment and shipment preparation. At this stage:

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed or rerouted

In rare cases, we may review exceptional circumstances, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. If you are unable to modify or cancel your order, please refer to our Return Policy after delivery.

You are responsible for ensuring that all order and shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. This includes:

7. Why Orders Cannot Be Modified After Processing

Once processing begins, orders are integrated into inventory allocation, packaging, labeling, and carrier scheduling systems. Modifying or canceling orders at this stage increases the risk of errors and delivery issues. To maintain service accuracy and efficiency, Extrile does not allow changes after the processing window closes.
